Great place
The property is very well maintained. They have water and a complimentary coffee machine in the room; the staff is friendly and attentive to all our needs, and the location is very convenient, close to Champs-Élysées

Pros: Close to Champs-Élysées. Boutique hotel. The room was large and spacious. Suited well for a family. Every morning they placed glass water bottles and coffee. The staff is polite and welcoming Cons: Very small elevator. When we arrived right by the hotel door, a homeless person was sitting. Unpleasant feeling with children. Other than that, everything was fine
