Rodeway Inn Alameda-Oakland

Pros: It was a wonderful location and value! The room exceeded my expectations and was very comfortable. It was a quick ferry ride to Oakland or a slightly longer ride to San Francisco. There was a bus stop right outside as well. Very easy to get around. And there was a wonderful restaurant directly next to it as well as a Walgreens across the street. Cons: At night, it would get quite rowdy and there were a lot of people coming and going, but they can’t really control that. I’d just close my curtains and turn the TV up and it was no problem.

customer service was terrible and completely lacking.

Pros: We got in there after 9 pm and there was no one at the front desk that could help check us in. Out front there were some people loitering that didn’t make us feel safe. I call the phone number provided wi th the reservation and no one picked up the phone. At the end, I was not able to get a hold of anyone to check us into our room so I ended up having to book another room at another hotel. Cons: Customer service was terrible. There was no one to help us check in

Good Value, staff pleasant, technical difficulties

Pros: I liked the location. The second room I received was clean and serviceable. The shower was excellent, great water pressure. Parking convenient. Location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes. It is close to a drugstore where one can buy snacks, and also attached to a restaurant. Cons: Went to check in at 3pm, the first room I was assigned was not cleaned yet so I had to go back to the office to receive another room. The keys we were given for the second room each worked only once, so I had to go back to the office with my ID and get them re-magnetized after I went out, and let my p

A Good Place

Pros: I like the friendly staff and location was great..I would go back there if I needed a place stay again. Cons: I had no disappointment
