Good place, great staff.
Pros: A very good place to stay; the staff is very friendly. Check-in was quick, and the room generally has everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is close to several tourist attractions and the train station. Cons: The shower drain was clogged, and water was pooling in the shower because it drained very slowly. The Wi-Fi wasn't working well, and when it did work, it was very slow.

All the staff were friendly and efficient, especially Julia in reception.

Volveremos.
Buena ubicación. Cerca de todo caminando. Muy buena la atención. Gente muy amable tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. Resalto la atención del personal del desayuno, Giacomo, Krisztina y Giovanni, siempre pendientes y amables.

Pros: Room was beautiful and modern with great facilities and bed super comfy 😴 Cons: Nothing. Loved this hotel and staff were very pleasent and went out of their way for you. Top hotel. So glad I found it. ☺️
