I didn’t like it

Pros: The location Cons: I had continuous key issues which meant the power kept going out throughout my stay. Even with a working key it would stop working when I returned meaning I was constantly going back and forth to reception. The room was hot and the windows didn’t open much to let enough fresh air in

Only used room for overnight after holiday

Pros: Staff very helpful when my husband needed medical attention even though the hotel was busy hosting a very big event. Cons: Room was cold at night we are elderly and needed extra warmth but staff very quickly provided an extra blanket. Problem solved very satisfactory. Heating was on in the morning good.

Overnight, before ferry. Wouldn't stay again

Pros: Location good for shops, but too far from ferry terminals. Cons: Room too small, poor quality furniture and no wardrobe space.
