It was a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and did their job perfectly. My name is Hani, and I believe he is the manager of the hotel chain. He is a cheerful, friendly, and respectful man. I express my sincere respect to everyone, especially him. There is one point I would like to mention in all sincerity, and I spoke with the management, the reception, and Hani. When I move to my new room, it was better from a light point of view as it was city view

When I move to my new room, it was better from a light point of view as it was city view. But same issue insects found, no ironing board or iron available in the room. AC failed twice with long lead to fix it.

The room was great. I love the full size refrigerator. Everything was perfect, except the shower was a little small for me. Overall it was great.
