Pros: Staff was friendly and the room was fine for one night. Cons: communication was not as responsive or quick as it should be - I have yet to receive a reply about partial refund and even booking.com said the hotel did not respond to their request.

Pros: Rien. Etablissement à fuir! Cons: Personnel mal aimable et malhonnete, a essayé de me faire payer une nuit de parking alors qu'ils ont refuser de nous reserver une place. Puis Quand vous payez pour une place ils "oublient" et vous demandent d'aller au parking public qui est également payant. Mauvaise organisation. salle de bain sale. Chambre sale. Environnement catastrophique, plein de drogué zone autour de l'etablissement. À fuir!!!

Pros: Recepcionista bem atenciosa e simpática, disposta a ajudar sempre; Café e chá liberado 24/7; Ponto de transporte na porta do hotel; Foi liberado o quarto antes do horário de checkin. Cons: Quarto não parecia o das fotos; Box muito pequeno; Não havia sabonete no dispenser; Cama com colchão desconfortavel; Hotel com muito barulho e pessoas em situação de rua nos arredores.
Great location, but disappointing stay because of air conditioning problem.
Pros: Friendly staff, OK bed and bathroom. Cons: Big problem: The air conditioning was either too much or too little, as the thermostat wasn't working. I brought it up multiple times each day, but no one on site could fix it, and the offsite person never showed up. So, each night I had to either freeze (leaving the a.c. on) or shut the system off and had to open the window for any air. It very much compromised my stay. I never was offered another room, a discount, or the honesty that this problem was beyond the staff's skill set.
There is a thief in the facility.
Pros: The 24/7 tea and coffee availability Cons: My money was stolen. 95 British pounds and 50 Euros.
