Overall the facilities were good but the check process was long as I wasn’t allocated my room til 4
Pros: Facilities was good Cons: Room was not ready until 4 pm Jacuzzi bath did not work as the plug was not working so we could set a bath Sofa bed in room was dirty Iron board difficult to open, then wouldn’t go down Pictorial evidence for all above

Well checked in was loopy . You come to the front desk to than have you go over to this table to pay and to get your arm

Pros: Steakhouse and breakfast were wonderful. Amenities were top notch. Entertainment was exciting. Overall feel and vibe of the property was great! Cons: Its a large property. A lot of walking. I suppose it's a good and bad thing.
Pros: Nelson was literally the best. He went out of his way for all of us during our stay to make sure our questions were answered and we got everything we asked for. It it’ll be hard for everyone to request him but if you do get Nelson he’ll make your trip 10/10. Cons: check in and check out took an hour because the price that the resort had in their system was almost $500-$600 higher than the price that was given and confirmed through booking.com. I provided proof through email confirmation and my booking app and it was still an issue. During check out the resort system was showing extra fee
