Nice staff, great place. Cleaners, small tip… anti mould spray on bathroom tiles. Bathroom yuk

Room very clean but could of done with bath mat in bath as slippery. Staff very polite and helpful.bar very nice.didnt require parking.only downside.a lot of noise in garden till very late due to a function

Being destroyed by corporate managerialism

Friendly and helpful staff but just not enough of them. It felt like a corporate profit-driven process has stripped it of the charm I'm sure it once had (as a restorative leisure milieu). Sad, but the way of the world I fear.

If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. Very small lift as well if you have a lot of baggage and a wheelchair. Make sure you order your meals AT THE BAR. We were not told this at check in
