This hotel is a cost effective way to stay in Vienna, its definitely no frills, the room is functional but small. The bed was low, a very soft mattress and the frame creaks at every movement, not great if you are a lifht sleeper. Location wise a 30 minute walk to the centre or a U bahn stop 5 minutes walk away. Staff were helpful when asked but otherwise left you alone. Not 24hr reception as advertised, desk unmanned after 10pm.
Budget hotel trying to be something it isn’t
Pros: Looks nice, well-located Cons: Bed was uncomfortable - very soft and creaky, so we didn’t get a good nights rest. The place itself felt noisy - could hear everything the people in the next room were doing.
Pros: Clean room and bathroom. Cons: Hotel is still under recontraction. Terrace in front of your room is not private. Staff is very unprofessional and not too friendly.
