Good but disappointed

Pros: The lady on reception when we checked out was amazing, so helpful and kind. Thank you The property is clean and well cared for Cons: I specifically booked a twin room not double with bathroom as my friend and I have no desire to share a bed. This was the most expensive hotel of our holiday and when we arrived discovered a small double bed. I went back to reception and was told well that's all they had as fully booked, but the room was not what I had booked. We were then given a triple room but with a shared bathroom, and whilst the facilities were clean and fine it is not what I had pa

Lovely stay in Zurich near a well used park.

Pros: Good location, good price, friendly staff. Tiny elevator was much better than carrying luggage to 4th floor. Cons: I didn’t realize at booking that the triple room did not have a private bathroom, my mistake.

Pros: Great customer service by women at the desk and the breakfast. Cons: Nothing.

It was a great introduction to our European adventure

Pros: Once we figured out the walking from the train station it was great! Be advised Google maps does not work well in Europe due to the nature of the streets The hotel was a short walk from the Wiedekon station which we got right from the airport Cons: Maybe free coffee available?
