A great hotel, great staff and wonderful vibes all round
Everything has been absolutely amazing! The staff especially have been so nice and super helpful. The smiles are infectious and i absolutely love the local cuisine!

A stylish hotel in a great neighbourhood with excellent service
Pros: Modern, spacious rooms with stunning views in a fantastic Parque 93 location. Great breakfast with plenty of variety, a well-equipped gym and spa, and genuinely friendly, attentive staff throughout our stay. Cons: The guest services app needs improvement. Room service requests were occasionally missed, and the spa appeared fully booked when it wasn’t. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning on our first night due to maintenance, although everything was resolved quickly by the amazing staff.
