Pros: Convenient to airport and good shuttle service Cons: Poor lighting in room, terrible in-room coffee, unable to get a regular breakfast at the restaurant (expensive bufffet only).

Pros: As always, the hotel gives me a feeling coming home but not hotel. Staff are very friendly; Facilities are maintained in good conditions even it seems not new for years; Cons: I wish the glass-door from room to a toilet does not make a noise at night when someone uses it. The hotel could consider a way to keep it silent when closing-opening. If yes, it could be excellent!

Pros: Shuttle service provided from Airport to hotel. Friendly counter staff and swift check-in. Cons: The bath tub almost choked. The bed was too soft, narrow for a queen size bed and pillows were made shorter and spongy.

Pros: Close to airport Cons: It's an airport hotel so not a luxury property. I have to query a charge on my credit card as I didn't buy anything at the hotel which is inconvenient and annoying.

Pros: Ease from airport with shuttle Cons: After waiting a considerable amount of time to check in due to long lines, we were given a room with a number far higher than the signs in the hallway which resulted in us searching the building. The check in line was still very long and ww could not get help. A pilot checking in told us where the room was. Also breakfast would have cost us $70. So glad we googled a local place. Was cute and about 1/3 of the cost with mimosas.
