Pros: Deluxe corner king room was nice and spacious Cons: Host failed to provide me with the room I had reserved and failed to communicate that she was assigning me a substantially lower value room while still charging me for the deluxe room. This stay was for my wedding night, and the host completely failed to be transparent with the changes. I had follow up and demand a room change for the second night of our stay, it was then corrected, and I still had to pay the higher price for first night.
