A great place to stay in San Francisco
Pros: Cathryn is a great host, Potrero Hill is a really nice area, it's elevated position offers good views of the city. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Lots of suggestions from Cathryn to see and do in the vicinity. Cons: Nothing

The views of both sides of The City from this charming indubitably SF style home are just lovely
The views of both sides of The City from this charming indubitably SF style home are just lovely. The host was a delight and made us feel more than welcome. As she lives on premises, there was a tad worry about hovering, but we were pleasantly impressed with her friendly yet discreet attitude. Tons of coffee and tea selections for the AM which we enjoyed for our morning respite on the sunny little kitchen deck. Should our travels bring us back to the City, this would definitely be a spot to try again.

My husband and I had a very nice stay
My husband and I had a very nice stay. The owner, Cathryn, is very friendly and warm and made us feel welcome in her beautiful home. The room was charming and comfortable. It's in a quiet part of town and feels very safe. I would stay here again.

Charming spot and communicative host!
Pros: This is a charming spot, with a very communicative host. Overall, everything was clean, and the logistics for the keybox were quite convenient. The neighborhood and immediate surroundings were quiet. It was a short, 10-minute drive to my appointment the following morning at UCSF. Cons: For me, the only elements that didn't make this a 10/10 were the cost (which I fairly knew upfront) and the walk score. It was walking distance from nice restaurants (we went to Destapas), but know that the walk involved going up a very steep hill on the way home.
