Pros: The property was nice and clean and close to the Levi stadium since we were attending a concert it made it convenient to stay there Cons: We didn’t like that we were woken up at 4:30 am in the morning to a emergency we didn’t get clear directions or a clear explanation of what was happening

Pros: I think I should be awards a discount. We had a 4:30 am false fire alarm during our stay. Very frightening with no sense of direction from staff. Cons: See above
Cons: The water temperature of the shower didn't get very warm. If I would of given my disabled son a bath, it would definitely been too cold.
Pros: I like the entry to hotel separating the check-in guests; the bar separate from the lounging area; and the conference halls on the other side of the building. Cons: The restaurant should be open longer from 6 am or 7 am to 10 pm.
