Apartment near the sea with all amenities
Pros: The cleanliness, the location, and that everything was new. Also, in the shared kitchen there was coffee and tea. Cons: The jacuzzi didn't work, I didn't see any option to book with or without a jacuzzi, and the mattress was too soft.

Nobody to welcome customers even late at night. Never mentioned other guests. Only stayed 1 night as an alleged relaxing stopover. Table lamps with no charger!!!! Informed that chargers were in the hallway but... no plug!!!!

Pros: The appointment is nice and well-maintained. The room has a whirlpool tub (with additional costs). Excellent cleanliness. Good location near the sea. Cons: Poor reception and empathy towards guests. We were provided with information to access the property at 14:15 (check-in time) but that's not the issue. However, if a customer asks for information on how to get to the property using public transport or if it was possible to leave the backpacks before check-in, one would expect a response.
