Gorgeous holiday resort, fabulous for children and adults alike, very much recommend
Pros: The resort was stunning, the pool was big, welcoming and surrounded by beautiful palm trees and cactuses. The restaurant was to die for. The staff in particular went over and above, especially Naomi who was so kind with a personal touch.
Cons: Didn’t like the cockroach, but within 2 minutes of calling reception someone came! Only happened once thank goodness, and it’s expected on an island.

Cons: L’organisation des bars et les cartes. Clairement c’est à revoir. Le service est extrement lent et ralenti encore par le fait de devoir valider chaque commande avec la carte all in. Dommage car c’est vraiment fatiguant ….

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
A special thank you to **Anastasia**, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to thank **Daniel and Florian from the animation team** — they were fantastic, full of energy, and really helped create a fun atmosphere throughout our holiday.
