Seguros House - Charming Flat

Looks exactly like the photos, very nice and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Beautiful decor and great view Cons: It was a little tricky getting into the apartment at first as the code didn’t work.

Good stay which could have been excellent.

Pros: Excellent area. Lovely apartment inside and easy to get into. Instructions and communication was fine with host Cons: This apartment from 2027 onwards will be 9-10/10. However the day before we arrived we found out there was paint work and sanding going on at the building meaning we couldn’t use the balcony. We finally got access day 3 however it was still dusty and blocked by scaffold. The next door neighbour also was having a full apartment upgrade meaning loads of loud noises. (Not our hosts fault, just unlucky on our part)

Beautiful apartment, but we not allowed to use the large deck with a view due to renovation.

Pros: The location was great - close to restaurants, waterfront, etc. Convenient, free, safe parking. Good instructions of how to get into building & apartment. Loved having a washing machine and fridge! The apartment was spacious & comfortable. Great wifi. The pool was refreshing. Cons: The day we arrived, the hosts told us we couldn't use the large deck with a view of the ocean - which is one of the main reasons why we chose this apartment - because of renovations of the exterior of the building.
