For a short term, excellent!
Pros: Check-in at a late hour, the room has everything you need, even a washing machine, heating, clean bed linen, towels, there is even shower gel, slippers. The administrator is always in touch and ready to help! As they say: 'A good name is better than great riches!' Thank you very much for your work! Cons: The gas stove was not working well... The hotel needs renovation, furniture, and bathrooms are in poor condition...

Great option for overnight stay!
Pros: Visited twice. The first time the room was good, but the second time we got a worse room, the fridge didn't work at first, the stove leaked. The administrator immediately came to help and solved all the issues. Free wifi. Fairly clean, the room has everything you need, clean bed linen, towels, even slippers and shower gels. Check-in at any time, the administrator is always available! Cons: The gas stove was not working well, the bathroom needs renovation.
