It was a pleasant stay at hotel
Pros: The location was excellent with excellent views of Sydney harbour bridge and opera house It was close to restaurants and shopping Cons: The staff was not very pleasant No one helped us with luggage when we arrived My room was missing gowns so I have asked for it Pool could have been better

Pros: Foods Cons: We had to move from room 2307 to 3004 and 3005 on August 22 due to room 2307 wasn't available for us on August 22nd. I turned in keys for room 2307 at 6:45am. By 1pm our room 3004 and 3005 weren't ready. I talked with 3 different people and finally I got the keys to our new room around 3pm!
Definitely one of our favourite stays to date
Pros: Our room had a wonderful view of the famous icons clean and had everything needed for our stay. Cons: Can’t fault it

The comfort was disappointing
Pros: The location Cons: We had 2 double beds pushed together as kings beds, it made it quite uncomfortable
