Highly Recommend to travelers

I am frequent travelers and I made it sure that I will be staying if I am in Los Angeles area especially in ktown. The hotel location is in the middle of ktown, close to all restuarants, grocery and few minutes away by metro train to DTLA. Located in the safest area in LA and the property itself has security by itself that you cannot by pass. Room and wide and clean, the front desk every time I check in area nice people. I will highly recommend to all travelers if they come to LA, try considering Shelter Hotel for your unique experience.

BEWARE! These are non-refundable rooms for a reason. Once you walk into the lobby, you'll want your money back. The rooms are even worse. I stayed here 15 years ago and it was a fun, hip, boutique hotel in Koreatown. The pictures on the listing looked like what I remembered. But when we arrived to check-in, the place was a disaster. Plastic sheeting and construction everywhere, everything in sight was broken or worn, and the place smelled of mildew or water damage. Our room had furniture that looked like an animal had clawed at it. My fiancé made the mistake of touching the bathroom door frame

Great hotel for our business trip. The reception staff in the mornings were very friendly throughout our stay and very helpful with whatever we needed.
