Pros: The view of the Statue of Liberty and especially the reception of the staff who are always attentive and respectful Cons: Unfortunately, the rooftop was not accessible due to construction. A nightclub is attached to the hotel (no noise to report that disturbs sleep) but I just find it unfortunate that the line encroaches on the hotel entrance and that we find ourselves mixed with intoxicated people. It tarnishes the hotel's image

Great, would definitely book again

Pros: Very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely large bed that is really comfortable. Friendly staff. Cons: The water pressure could be better, the shower stream was a bit weak.

Pros: Location Cons: Some of the reception staff insisted on arranging their own taxi, claiming it was cheaper than Uber

Pros: Location Cons: Some of the reception staff insisted on arranging their own taxi, claiming it was cheaper than Uber. It was not cheaper, and either the taxi did not come or there were payment issues, we did not use it but it was very clear that they were doing this for their commission
