Great hotel and quiet even though next to the airport

Pros: The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly at check in. The room was very clean and comfortable and supportive of getting rest while on a layover. Cons: The new check in system seemed to slow down the check in process. Hopefully this can be rectified soon.

Would come again and have recommended to several of my friends and family.

Pros: Location was great - super handy for my early flight next morning! Dex in the VIP lounge went above and beyond in service, so I would have an enjoyable evening there, accommodating my GF's needs and arranging food for my room the next day for a quick breakfast. Other staff in the lounge were wonderful, friendly as well. Cons: A bit disappointed with the pool/hot tub ambience - thought it would be a bit more upscale and bright. In the end, decided not to use for those reasons.

Pros: Location!! Cons: Room was not very clean. The sheets were not freshl ( looked used), dust and small litter outside door and under furniture.
