Chaotic
Pros: Jacuzzi was not working , parking was so expensive. Info regarding property was misleading and inaccurate. Cons: Still have not received my overcharging back in my account for 2 days not stayed. That was a week ago. Property manager assured me I would receive my refund by this week.

Great place to stay if LAX is your destination
The Sheraton Gateway is an excellent choice for anyone arriving at or departing from LAX. Located just minutes from the airport, the hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from the terminals, making the journey remarkably convenient. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. The bed was exceptional—exactly what we needed after a long journey. With its convenient location, comfortable accommodation and free airport transfer, I would happily stay here again.
Don’t be misled by Sheraton name.
Pros: Position. Very close to the Airport. Cons: Do not expect Sheraton EU or Asia standards. Old and very cheap looking structure. No amenities. No room service. Dirty, with blood spot in the shower room. Shuttle bus extremely dirty and overcrowded.
