Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Beijing was absolutely fantastic. From check-in to check-out, the entire team was exceptionally professional and accommodating. As non-Chinese speakers, we truly appreciated the AI translator tool they used—it made communication seamless and stress-free.
A special shout-out to Eloise and Demi at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate our room change request with ease. The executive lounge team Emma, Coco, Betty and Macle also made my family and me feel warmly welcomed every time we visited.

Great hotel for anything - business or leisure!
We brought a group of 22 expats to the hotel a few days ago. Due to flight delay we weren't able to get to the hotel till 3 AM in the morning. We just want to say a huge thank you to the front desk team: Rick, 高美琪，韩晶， Amanda Li, Nadiya, Demi as well as the sales manager Iris, Rona. They really deserve a bonus/an award for staying up till 3 AM in the morning and help us make the check in process so seemless and professional. The entire group was able to got to our rooms within a few minutes, and it made our long day less miserable. Food was great, bed's comfy, overall 10/10!
Cons: If you’re non-Chinese, I warn you to stay clear from here at all costs. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To start off, I suffered severe food poisoning after ordering room service from their restaurant. So bad, I ended up in hospital and was left with a hefty bill. After notifying the hotel, they said they’d look into covering the hospital bill and cover the room service.
Three days pass and it’s ready to check out, I end up being charged the room service bill, which they said they’d originally cover, and no update on the hospital repayment. My flight was the
