Sheraton Grand Los Angeles

No complaints, 20 minute walk from convention center

Had a wonderful time staying here for Anime Expo. The shuttle service was right outside, valet was prompt and helpful, and the staff was super accommodating. I didn’t have any noise issues and the room was spacy. We requested a microwave and kettle brought to our room, no extra charge, and all the rooms already have a mini fridge for drinks or small snacks. The daily water bottles were a hugeee help considering how hot the summers get. Ron and David at valet were especially helpful and friendly.

Great Experience

The Sheraton Grand is a great hotel with great service. The rooms were clean and tended to promptly when needed. It also is in the middle of several restaurants so you have easy access to various types of food. Parking is valet only, but the staff there make it easy to retrieve your car if you need it. It's not the cheapest hotel out there, but it has pretty good prices for the location.

The Ron Valet Team was incredibly prompt with storing and retrieving my car. The porters were very helpful with my mountain of luggage. Great service all around.

More toilet paper please.

Stayed for 4th of July Weekend. This is actually the 4th or 5th time we stayed with them for the same holiday. Service at the entrance/lobby and the valet is always phenomenal. Pros: Great valet quick & efficient ( shout out to Ron) Clean beds Organized front desk Amazing wi-fi Cons: When we tried to get more toilet paper & towels it took about 1hr to receive them and we had to go downstairs to use the restroom.

Very helpful staff from Ron, Khari (Bell service) and Raul. They were punctual with parking and retrieving our vehicle and loading our luggage and belongings.
