A Series of Unfortunate Events

Lobby is beautiful, rooms are just okay. Only leaving a review because I had multiple things happen that left a bad taste in my mouth. 1. There was a horrible sewer type smell coming from the shower drain. It was so horrible I started gagging. I asked to move rooms, they said no but that they'd send someone up to fix it. The man who came up to fix it was very kind and fixed it as best as he could. 2. I then called and asked for new towels since the ones in the bathroom were infected with the smell. They said someone would send them right up, however, after an hour of waiting, I had to call dow

Relaxing and comfortable

Arriving to the hotel the check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and well conditioned. The hotel is next to the conference center so there isn’t much in the way of restaurants nearby. There is the hotel and a couple of other choices within walking distance. I stayed for 3 nights including the weekend and would definitely return.
