Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. Cons: Shower pressure was very weak. Walls very thin.

Won’t be staying there again
Pros: It’s great that it’s close to the universal theme park although the shuttle service was really poor took over an hour when we simply walked it within 12 minutes. Cons: The baggage service was awful. We felt like an inconvenience to them and they even damaged our luggage with no reimbursement.
