Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay

The restorative and pastoral location offers grounds with roaming llamas and alpacas, peaceful surroundings and remarkable mountain views. My large modern room was comfortable in every way and fitting of the boutique nature of the lodge. The staff was friendly and professional, but Bruno personalized my stay by making every effort he could to ensure that I enjoyed each meal and beyond. It was a pleasure to be looked after by someone who takes great pride in what he does.

Nice and cozy but not as expected

Pros: Very nice hotel in the nature, everything decorated with a taste. Also very clean. Cons: The stuff was for our taste a bit too pushy and controlling. Also we didn’t understand additional 10 % we had to pay of the price on Booking - it has been said that it is for the service, but isn’t the price you pay the service itself?

Very nice

Pros: The property and the rooms are beautifully designed. The whole place is extremely well kept and very clean. It has a beautiful view but a bit too isolated for me. The breakfast is very good so is the restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Cons: Although the level is high I still believe it is too expensive. I did not appreciate being asked all the time when I will eat and what my schedule is. I am on holiday after all…
