It was good until the bed bugs situation:(
Pros: It looked okay and clean too. The property was very near the subway, in a quite neighborhood. Cons: Few days after I came home I discovered i got bed bugs from smartments hotel because there was no other places I could get it from. this really disappointed me because it bothered me for few weeks, had to call deratization which was not cheap at all.

Faires Preis-/Leistungs Verhältnis. Wir werden wieder kommen.
Pros: Ausstattung war sehr gut für eine Ferienwohnung. Und was dort fehlte - z.B. ein Backofen - gab es in dem Gemeinschaftsraum. Insgesamt großzügiger Schnitt - man hatte mit 2 Erwachsenen genug Platz. Cons: Mehr 230 Volt Steckdosen und ein stärkerer Ventilator, oder zwei von dem vorhandenen Typ wären sehr sinnvoll gewesen. Für die angrenzenden Baustellen kann der Betreiber nichts. Was mir ebenfalls nicht gefiel: es war einfach gar kein Personal an der Rezeption vor Ort. Wenn ich was wollte, musste ich anrufen. Das Bett könnte außerdem etwas breiter sein.

Praktisch und gut erreichbar.
Pros: Infrastrukturell gute Lage. Parkplatz am Haus. Alles hat funktioniert und war zugänglich. Sauberkeit. Pragmatisch. Cons: - Haltestelle fast vor dem Fenster, so dass nicht mit offenem Fenster geschlafen werden kann. - Am Wochenende keine Bar, niemand am Empfang, kein Ansprechpartner. - Kühlschrank im Zimmer etwas zu klein.

Pros: Der Raum war für eine Person für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend und modern. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Cons: Das Zimmer war extrem stickig. Gefühlt lange nicht gelüftet. Fenster geöffnet lassen ging schlecht, da es extrem nach Gras gerochen hat. Keinerlei Möglichkeiten Personal zwischen 22 und 8 Uhr zu erreichen war sehr schade. Der Parkplatz mit 12€ nur für die Nacht war extrem teuer.
