Pros: Perfect location, host's friendliness and kindness, very nice bathroom, room tastefully furnished and perfectly clean. Cons: Nothing

Safe harbor

Pros: Simona's availability and welcome made us feel at home. The excellent location also made it a safe harbor. Cons: Not being able to open the tilt windows, but it's not a big deal as I don't like air conditioning and the days were particularly sultry.

Great stay in Genoa

Excellent Guest House in the center of Genoa, very kind and organized host. She helped us navigate the city.

IMPROVABLE

Pros: The location for its proximity to the city center and the aquarium. Friendly and helpful staff Cons: From the photos and the ad, it seemed to be a much larger apartment than what was actually found, most of the spaces photographed were common areas while it was not an apartment as I thought but a simple room. The third bed presented as a 'Futon' was a simple metal cot added in the room which was the one for disabled people and therefore had a shower with a curtain that flooded the bathroom every time it was used. I would have preferred MUCH clearer information before booking
