We stayed here for part of our honeymoon

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The location was excellent and the room was spacious for Paris. However, having stayed at multiple 5-star hotels, we came in with certain expectations—and unfortunately the service fell short. We requested a restaurant reservation through the front desk but never received any follow-up. On the day of our departure, we called several times for help with our bags, but no one ever answered. When we went down ourselves, there were no other guests at the desk, which made the lack of response even more frustrating. On our final night, we visited the rooftop
