Lovely hotel in great area

Pros: I loved the staff- special thanks to Alejandro on the night shift! Beds are fluffy and the breakfast is fantastic. Cons: I didn’t like the decor in the rooms , it’s a tad dark and tiny bit dated- but not a major concern. I also thought it was bizarre how the staff says “Bonjour” and”bonsoir Madame” in a Spanish speaking country. I don’t think they are actually fluent in French. Anyway ! Just my humble opinion.

Really not impressed…

Well, it was an OK stay, but really nothing to write home about. I didn’t like how long it took to check in and to check out. The rooms were not really overwhelming for the money they charge. I especially disliked the fact that they offered me a one category upgrade ,being a diamond member, as if it would mean nothing to them. I actually had a reservation for eight days, but fortunately I do reservations in 2 day steps so after the first block of two nights,I just canceled the rest. Pros: Tolles historisches Gebäude, sehr schöner Innenhof Cons: Preis/Leistung ungenügend - Check in nicht wie versprochen Meldung, wenn Zimmer bereit ist, mehrfach gewünschte Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes ignoriert, lange Wartezeiten beim Zimmer Umzug...

Posizione eccellente. Camera ben arredata , pulita e sufficientemente spaziosa. Colazione buona e varia ma potrebbero migliorare alcuni aspetti.C’è stato un piccolo problema con l’utilizzo della palestra, ma è stato prontamente risolto dalla manager Angela.
