Disappointing

Cons: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not meet the expectations we had for a property at this price point. One of the biggest issues was that it was not clear when booking that the residences do not include daily housekeeping. We specifically chose a residence expecting the same level of service as the hotel, only with more space. Instead, we paid more while receiving fewer services. We even paid extra for a housekeeping service during our stay. Before they came, we specifically asked them to clean behind the sofa because our 3-year-old son had been sleeping there. Unfortun

The place to stay when visiting Toronto

Pros: This hotel is a real gem in central Toronto. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was enormous, heated floor in the bathroom with bath and shower, walk-in closet, massive television set, comfortable bed, complimentary water, tea and coffee. The pool and gym were inviting and never full. The adjoining café (did not try the restaurant) served delicious meals, some might say pricey, but you must pay for quality products.
