Curtain fell down, air con didn't work, dish cleaner didn't work, no view, no ambience.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make my son feel incredibly special for his birthday.

Residences suite was huge, essentially a full size 1 bedroom apartment. Safe was large with room for a large laptop. Access to the residences building was a bit confusing at first with the way the elevators work, but once you figure it out it's fine. I think their system was down when I was checking in, so it took a while, but the staff at the check in desk were kind and helpful.
