Nicely decorated , good location but not boutique

Pros: The rooms were tastefully decorated Cons: Room was very hot Hoover and bedding from Cleaner left outside the rooms in hallway should have been put away Walls very thin

Good location and service fot correct price

Pros: The restaurant and breakfast in the morning the possibility to have a parking place was also a great value. Cons: Our room was at street level, and the windows were not soundproof, so there was noise throughout the night and from 6 a.m. onwards.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in quiet area to explore Portsmouth

Upgraded to a large and lovely room on arrival in the main building - spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a quiet residential road. The bed was huge and very comfy - lovely en suite bathroom. The breakfast was as good as other travellers had said ! Check in staff helped us with parking and local knowledge. We would highly recommend to stay here as an independant hotel.
