The Best of Zurich Switzerland ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From a smooth, courteous and welcoming check in to an even amazing check out with Alecia. The entire team was naturally good at excellent customer service. I purchased a converter plug from the US and it didn’t work. It tripped off the electric. An expression that the team uses is “ no worries” I really found it reassuring and down right tension reducing. It’s like Jamaica in Europe. Lol. You know what I mean if you’ve ever traveled to Jamaica. This was in stark contrast to another hotel that I stayed at here in Zurich. The bedding is spot on and the rooms were very clean and the layout

I loved this hotel. They made me feel so welcomed as being my first time in Zurich. I will 100% recommend this hotel. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

Very nicely furnished, modern hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. You can easily walk to the lake and old town but the tram also stops practically in front of the hotel.
