Good
The only problem we had with this hotel was the smell in our room. It had a very strange smell; the windows didn't open, so we had to leave our door open a little for ventilation. We also left the bathroom door open so that the ventilation would suck up the bad smell in the room. But the space was excellent, the location was great, and the staff were wonderful.
Pros: Good location. Washing and drying facilities. Fast lift. Ok for a one night quick stay near the station. Cons: Check in is ridiculous. Person at reception checks your passport then gives a QR code to check yourself in and again scan your passports. Could have just checked me in. Not that clean especially compared to other Tokyo hotels.
