Pros: The room was fine considering I was the only one in the room, I liked that the bathroom had a bathtub. I liked that the room had a desk space to work. The hotel is close to several train-metro stations and not far from Tokyo Station. I really liked the breakfast with three completely Japanese options and one American option, the Japanese breakfast is the best I tried during my stay. They have an internal laundry service and provide an iron if requested at reception. The staff is very friendly. Pros: The location is good but including non-smoking rooms, the corridors unbelievably smell of smoke Cons: There was a problem with the reservation, when we asked the lobby staff about room availability, we were informed that the rooms were full, but when we made a reservation again through booking.com, the staff did not understand how it happened.
