De forma geral muito boa. Boa relação custo benefício.
Pros: Cordialidade dos funcionários, bem limpo e excelente localização. Cons: O quarto é bem pequeno e com decoração bem antiga.

Pros: L'hotel ha la fermata della metro M13 a pochi passi (purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno era chiusa per lavori). Lungo la via ci sono supermercati aperti fino a tardi e delle boulangerie. Cons: Di notte c'è molto rumore. Il bagno non aveva ne tenda ne cabina doccia perché per disabili. Cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero un giorno però un telo bagno era sporco e non sempre venivano aggiunti saponi e cuffia.
