Pros: Nah am Wasser. Cons: Parken schwierig.

Peachaven 2 bed flat.
Pros: The property was clean and well presented. The owner was lovely and great at sorting little issues quickly. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet . Very spacious. Cons: Parking is an issue .Be careful where you park or you may meet an unpleasant neighbour. Shower would benefit from a mat to stand on and some grab rails to get in and out. A more modern television with apps would be good if you like your Netflix and prime.
Good base to explore the local area
Pros: Location is wonderful. Clifftop coastal walk on your doorstep. Lovely Coffee shop around the corner, shops and food places nearby. Had an issue with not having any hot water. Was solved by Rob within half an hour, that was great! Good shower. Cons: Lots of basics missing. No bathmat, no tea towel, no milk, tea or coffee. Kinda things I'd automatically expect at a holiday rental. Not much living space either. It's a 2 bed place, but if there were 2 couples staying here, there'd be nowhere to sit. Is has only one, two seater sofa. And just the one chair outside, the table out the
We had great weather and were really pleased with the property and its location
Pros: Location and size. Really handy for buses to Brighton and Eastbourne and fabulous sea views at the end of the road. Allocated parking space was great. Cons: Nothing bad
Pros: The location was fantastic, and the accommodation was neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Cons: The parking space we had been allocated was taken when we arrived back from visiting family yesterday, which was disappointing, so we had to park halfway up the street which wasn't ideal for packing up the car to check out the next morning.
