The place was a little outdated, and we didn’t like the construction going on during our stay which probably couldn’t be
Pros: Location on the beach and St.Lawrence Gap was great! Cons: The construction going on at the pool area.

Great time at the Southern Palms
Had a great time at this hotel .The staff were all excellent, sorry if we can't remember all their names but Kenneth, Shirley,Michelle sounds familiar, again apologies to ones we missed but we are returning next year. From the staff on the beach to the security, each one spoke to us every day. The room we had was maybe a bit tired but how long do you spend there. The people off Barbados 🇧🇧 are probably the most friendly people we have met. Thank you! Iain Judith Grace and David
Amazing Time in Barbados
My husband and I spent 9 days here attending a wedding and I cannot say enough about the amazing time we had. The entire resort is spotlessly clean and everyone who works there is friendly and attentive to your needs. The beach and pool area are fabulous and the location of having restaurants and bars right on your street means you can walk to most of them. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!
Stunning
Currently staying here and cannot fault the place. The staff from groundsmen, cleaners, bar and restaurant staff are just lovely! I’ve been to Barbados many times as I have family here but not been for 20 years! Perfect location in the gap, taxis outside or we used pickup app. Lots of bars etc and dive bar on sat have fabulous band on! Nothing is too much trouble and if you report an issue it’s dealt with straight away. Beach is beautiful, yes lots of seagrass but you can’t control that. Oistins Friday is just fabulous. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
September here averages 28°C, with around 98mm of rain across the month.
