I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay at.

Pros: It was close to the event I was attending. The neighborhood was nice, clean and appeared to be a safe area. Well, as safe as San Francisco could be. Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken. I had to remove the lid and dip my fingers into it to get soap to wash myself with. The toilet tank did not work at one point. I had to get water in a bowl and put some water in the tank, then it started to fill. I only had to do that once, but once is too many times. It worked on its own after that. Adequate but nothing special.

Pros: Good location. Cons: TV only available with your personal sign in to Hulu/Roku/etc. Not advised in advance. Access to local TV stations not provided. Needed a comfortable sitting area. Needed information about local restaurants and shopping center which we learned about from a local. Host did accommodate an additional day due to my reservation error.

Really enjoyed our stay and would book again. My only suggestion would be to provide an iron.

Pros: Really nice room, felt like home. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
