Pros: Nice upper floor of a house in a good location in Oakland. Within walking distance you'll find everything, including the subway station Rockridge with direct trains to San Francisco. We didn't have a car during our stay and it was no problem at all. My wife appreciated the coffee machine a lot and we also liked to have breakfast next to the kitchen in the small room with the table. Cons: All good.
