Clean, quiet, good location. I would stay here again for sure. Not luxury but def a good choice

Pros: Location only good thing about this very poor hotel Cons: Everything, right when u walk in there is no furniture. My toilet was clogged, told front desk at 8:00 a.m. then told the front desk again at 2:00 p.m. and by 9:00 p.m. I went out and bought my own toilet plunger. I had no working toilet for the whole day and no one seemed to care. The room was dirty and no cleaning ever happened. The room smelled like an ashtray when it was supposedly smoke-free. And when I checked out I told him all my issues so they said they would credit me $100. Well when I woke up they actually charged me a

This is the 2nd time I’ve booked a reservation with Spark. My first experience was awesome which prompted me to book it

Pros: Room space, parking. Checking in and out was smooth. Cons: SHOWER PRESSURE WAS VERY WEAK!!! Needs major improvement. FITNESS ROOM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED WITH BETTER WORKING EQUIPMENT. Elliptical Machine was broken. Lack of insulation strips allowed lighting from outside our door into the room. Had to use towels to block out the light during sleeping.

Cons: Mattress was hard, kitchen is just a sink, microwave, and tiny frig.

Overall good experience with the exception of the elevator
