From greeting at front desk to the room , it was excellent
Very clean nice lobby, little difficult to get in the entrance from McDowell, but we managed

Overall, the facility is very nice, and the staff is extremely welcoming
Pros: The staff was amazing and courteous. Cons: The air conditioner in the room was loud. The shower leaked water on the floor.
