Cons: We stayed for 3 nights and no one emptied our garbage or brought clean towels. I had to ask for towels after 2 days and waited most 3 hours.

Disappointed
Pros: The breakfast was decent, but the one lady was wonderful. She was singing all the time and making conversations with all the guests. She was a highlight. Cons: The front desk personnel were miserable. It was like they could not be bothered with assisting. In addition, the AC in the room was so loud it was difficult to sleep with it on. Front desk just said we are fully booked and dismissed me. For $1200.00 the service was terrible.

Pros: Staff was friendly, Room was clean and roomy. Cons: Air conditioner was loud all night. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was a $100.00 charge for incidentals that they said Booking.com would refund if nothing was used.

Cons: 2 night stay, did NOT receive room cleaning, had to request more clean towels and that took two requests 3 hours apart to get any
