We booked a quadruple room; however, the sofa bed for the additional two guests had not been made up on arrival. We also had to ask for two extra sets of towels, as only two had been provided. Breakfast was basic and the dining area was too small for the hotel's capacity. It would have benefited from having at least twice as much seating available. Check-in was also quite slow, as it took the staff a considerable amount of time to locate our reservation. Ulti

Pros: Dj was super friendly at checking. Awrsome customer skills with a comedic twist. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. Cons: Paying to park after paying so much for a room
