SpringHill Suites Denver Parker

Clean helpful and good breakfast

Enjoyed my stay

Pros: Spacious and bright room. Cons: Breakfast was horrible. The ac was blowing in my face regardless of the temperature.

Very nice would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice facility, good breakfast, nice workout room, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable.

Amazing

I traveled with my family including 2 teens with autism. The staff was amazing, helpful and kind. The room could easily fit 5 people, beds comfortable- only negative thing is the aircon was by the beds and a bit windy.

Great location and a clean hotel, but poor room design and unhelpful front desk staff.

Pros: The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and felt new. Cons: The modern room layout was not practical. The bathroom has a frosted glass door directly opposite the bed, so the light shines straight into your eyes, making it impossible to sleep while someone is using the bathroom. I was also disappointed with the front desk staff. I contacted them several times, but none of my issues were resolved. It seemed there was no communication between the front desk and housekeeping, because every time I spoke directly with the housekeeping staff, my request was resolved immediately.
