Pricy accommodation and breakfast

Pros: The response from the reception and maintenance staff. The 11am check-out Cons: There was a faulty tap handle in the bathroom. The room was only partly serviced. (Rubbish bins still full and dirty cups were left) The traffic noise was noticeable, even on the 11th floor. The coffee's purchased on Monday, 12th October during our breakfast tasted burned

Very cheap, great location, below standard for a stamford - avoid

Pros: Great location Good bed Spacious room i left an ipod in the room and they are posting to me Cons: I am very sensitive to smells and the junior suite has a strange odor It flared up my allergies a lot. Staff offered room change - other room also similar. Asked for a extension cord (no plugs near bed), a standing fan or air purifier but not were available or given. No soap in room. Needed several calls to convince staff we needed hand soap. Only hot water comes out of sink cold tap.

Pros: Buffet breakfast was amazing Bar on ground floor had great customer service and nice range of beverages Cons: Rooms feel outdated, air con was difficult to use TV wasn't working on arrival (did get fixed, but was unable to watch an AFL final as we got ready to go out for the evening)
