Pros: Location Cons: We had an issue with room service very slow with no explanation, had to follow up several times, I think they were short staffed but we weren’t told that when ordering and it took over 11/2 hours, had we known we would have gone out somewhere. When we finally got the food it was lovely

Great central location, large room and good view.
Cons: Bathrooms a bit tired. On the 19th floor there was a bit of noise from above. Not sure if it was the pool filtration system.
