No AC & the property didn't think I was entitled to a full refund
Cons: The unit didn't have working air conditioning. They tried to offer me another room but then told me that one didn't have AC either. They told me to use one of the indoor fans and tried to deny me a full refund. I attached a picture of the fan which is just a tiny, dusty fan that doesn't actually cool the room it just moves air around. Glad I did manage to get a full refund (no thanks to the property or Booking.com) because the place was not only hot and humid it was also dingy and dirty in other places not just the crummy fans they said I should use while it's 93 degrees F inside. Staying in the hotel is OK. But the people in the cars are bad and horn people to be quick.
Pros: big room Cons: not easy to find the hotel. it is tough to drive in the city. Other cars are not friendly when I am driving slow to find the hotel, some of them horn me.

Location, parking & clean for price, hard to reach staff after regular business hours.
Pros: Location, parking & clean Cons: Access code worked to get in building, but not getting into apartment! Because of weather airport flight was delayed & I arrived late in the evening. It took over 45 minutes to reach staff(phone, email & text) for help.
