The stay was good

Pros: The property was good but the lights in the balcony wasnt turning on and one of the wall glass is broken. A little damages in the suite but other than that everything is perfect Cons: Nothing

The location of the condo is great. It’s right in the heart of the city and very close to Union station and also accessible on the PATH The apartment had everything supplied for your stay. The communications from the letting team were amazing with extremely quick turnaround times.

Great location...but...

Pros: Conveniently located across from Scotiabank Arena. Cons: High touch surfaces were not cleaned. There was visible dirt on the doors/ door knobs, as well as the light switches. There was a dirty towel in the washer and clean sheets and towels that had just finished drying in the dryer when I arrived to the unit. The shower curtain also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The unit looked nothing like it did in the pictures. The bed was uncomfortable and the couch was rock hard.
